How to find the shipping and handling cost:

You can find the shipping and handling cost by typing in the quantity you would like to buy, then clicking the “add to cart” button of the item. On the next page, select your state or zip code at the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” box. The shipping and handling cost can be found after you click the “”get a quote” button.

All items labeled "free shipping" will ship free to 48 continental USA states only. More cost will be incurred to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and outside of USA. Please email us the city name and post code of the destination to get an actual shipping quote.

Canadian customers please note that custom duty, if any , will be your own responsibility, they are not included in the shipping quote. A refundable deposit is required.

Local Pick Up:

Our warehouse is located at San Gabriel and Fontana, CA. Local customers are welcome to pick up your order to save shipping cost. Our will-call time is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding holiday). Please call our customer service at 800-533-7989 to arrange the payment and pick up. Warehouse address and driving direction will be provided after payment is received. A special authorized person will meet you at warehouse in person and deliver your order. Photo ID is required.

Order Status:

You can find out your order status and tracking information by going to "My Account"". You can also print your order invoice from your account.
